Vaccine Clinics

Please note: The VBSPCA cannot vaccinate pets if they are overheated in the sun and have a high temperature. While waiting at the clinic, all pets should be kept in a car with the A/C running.

The VBSPCA Veterinary Clinic offers walk-up vaccine clinics held at our clinic (3040 Holland Road) and offsite in conjunction with the Neuter Scooter. Please see below for important information, dates, locations, and pricing. New dates are added at the end of each month.

Important Information for Vaccine Clinics (Please Read):

  1. There are no scheduled appointments during vaccination clinics, and all animals are seen on a first come/first served basis. We will make our best effort to serve all clients during vaccine clinics, however, in the event that there are too many people, a “cut off time” for check-in may be enforced.
  2. All pets will be charged a $25.00 physical exam fee in addition to fees for services/treatments received.
  3. Dogs must be on a leash, and cats must be presented in a carrier. If you do not have a carrier, please leave your pet in the car and you may purchase a cardboard carrier for $10.00 at the time of check-in.
  4. Your pet must be spay/neutered. If your pet is too young to be spay/neutered he/she may still be seen at the vaccination clinic, but the owner must pre-pay for the spay/neuter to be completed within 60 days.
  5. All services must be paid for at the time of check-in. If additional services are provided, payment for any additional balance is required at the time of check-out.
  6. All pets will be escorted to the treatment room by a clinic staff member while the owner waits in the lobby. This allows the staff to more quickly evaluate and treat the animal, thus allowing for a greater number of animals to be seen during the restricted hours of the vaccination clinic.
  7. All pets are examined by a veterinarian.
  8. If your pet is ill or you have other concerns to be addressed by the veterinarian, please DO NOT attend a vaccination clinic. You will need to schedule a regular appointment by filling out an appointment request form here. Illness concerns presented during a vaccination clinic will be charged an additional fee and may be asked to reschedule.
  9. The VBSPCA cannot vaccinate pets if they are overheated in the sun and have a high temperature. While waiting at the clinic, all pets should be kept in a car with the A/C running.
