VBSPCA Memorial Garden Memorial stones may be purchased in memory of a dearly departed family member, friend, or pet. Uniquely personal and sentimental, each memorial stone will serve as a lasting tribute to memorialize the person or pet and their impact on the lives of their loved ones and will be placed in the newly revitalized VBSPCA Memorial Garden.
