The Virginia Beach SPCA is the only SPCA in South Hampton Roads to accept every animal brought to us.

The Virginia Beach SPCA is the best place in South Hampton Roads to find the right pet for you! Our animals are all spayed or neutered, and come with all of their shots except rabies, which can be administered here for an additional small fee. If you are interested in adopting a pet, please take a few moments to read the following guidelines regarding adoption. We are looking for permanent, responsible homes for the animals leaving the shelter. Please remember that owning a pet is a lifetime commitment. If you cannot provide a lifetime home or are not yet ready to make the necessary commitment to a pet, please do not adopt.
