The Virginia Beach SPCA offers educational activities and challenges to engage children at home. From writing competitions to art challenges to kindness calendars, we continue to provide new ways to spread the mission of the VBSPCA while also having a little bit of virtual fun.
Send a Shelter Pet a Holiday Wish
Your child can spread some holiday cheer to the animals of the VBSPCA with this virtual activity. Young artists are invited to send a holiday wish to one of our shelter animals by coloring one of three activity sheets. Once their masterpieces are complete, you can drop them off at the shelter or mail them to us so that we can decorate our cattery and kennel for the animals and our visitors to enjoy!
Have your child color their sheet and write a holiday wish to one of our shelter animals. Your child can view our adoptable animals here and select a specific pet they’d like to send their wish to or they can send one for all of the animals here at the shelter.
Drop the completed activity sheet off at the shelter or mail it to:
