Fall is officially here and with it comes great opportunities to get outside, appreciate the cooler temps, and support the mission of the Virginia Beach SPCA!

Subaru Loves Pets Adoption Promotion – All Month Long
Bring home a new pet from the VBSPCA and Subaru will show some love to animals who still need some help finding a home! For the month of October, RK Subaru will donate $100 for every canine or feline adopted from the VBSPCA. Click here to view all of the animals currently available for adoption.

Hair of the Dog Eatery – October 14th
Enjoy some delicious brunch grub and help out the homeless animals in our community. Visit Hair of the Dog Eatery in Virginia Beach on October 14th, and a percentage of the day’s sales will be donated to the VBSPCA. Plus, we’ll be out on the patio between 10:00am and 2:00pm with an adoptable dog!

Howl-O-Ween Pub Crawl & Pet Costume Contest – Saturday, October 21st
Don’t ghost us – get your tickets now for the VBSPCA’s third annual Howl-0-Ween Pub Crawl and Pet Costume Contest! The fun takes place Saturday, October 21st from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. This is a dog friendly event, so bring your pup, plan your costumes, and get ready for a tail-wagging good time. Your registration includes four drink tickets to use at three pubs at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Learn more and get your tickets here.

Halloween PAWty – Salty Paws Chic’s Beach – October 28th
You and your canine companions are invited to a Halloween PAWty hosted by Salty Paws in Chic’s Beach on October 28th. Celebrate Spooky Season with your four-legged friends, and don’t forget the pet costume contest! The VBSPCA will be there between 1:00pm and 4:00pm with adoptable dogs. Salty Paws is encouraging attendees to bring items to donate from our wish list.
