Leaves are changing, days are getting shorter, and the air has a refreshing crisp to it. Yes, November is finally here and with it are fun opportunities to support the mission of the Virginia Beach SPCA.
Pints for Pups – Commonwealth Brewing – November 4th
Making an impact is as easy as sipping a pint of your favorite brew. Join us at Commonwealth Brewing on Saturday, November 4th from 12:00pm to 4:00pm for Pints for Pups. Commonwealth Brewing is donating $2 from every full beer pour and $1 from each half beer pour to the VBSPCA. You can also spoil your four-legged friends with all manner of goodies from dog-friendly vendors. Plus, adoptable dogs from the VBSPCA will be there to meet you!
Fall in Love with Small Animals – Virginia Beach SPCA – November 5th 
Visit the VBSPCA on Sunday, November 5th between 2:00pm and 4:00pm for an afternoon of small animal love. This adoption event and donation drive is fun for the whole family with a special snack bag making activity for youth in attendance. Attendees are asked to bring a donated item for our small animals. Options include: new or gently used ceramic bowls, plastic hiding huts, or exercise wheels; small animal food (rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, gerbils mice); Carefresh small animal bedding, or wooden small animal enrichment toys (in new packaging only). Monetary donations will also be accepted.
Giving Tuesday – November 28th
Support the animals of the VBSPCA on Giving Tuesday, the global day of charitable giving. Our goal is to raise $20,000, and we can’t do it without you! Mark your calendars for Tuesday, November 28th and donate through our website or Facebook page. Every dollar makes a difference in the lives of animals in need.
