Our education department visits pre-k through fourth grade classrooms each month during the school year with a new animal-themed lesson which teaches respect, responsibility and empathy. Lessons are approximately 30 minutes long and include a critter share time at the end of the session.

Please note that second through fourth grade classes are given priority in scheduling. PreK classes will be filled if time and volunteer availability allows. There is a fee for any facility that is not a part of the VBCPS system.
