Is your canine a good citizen? We now offer Canine Good Citizen Certification.  Evaluations are performed every month.  The current schedule can be found on our Events Calendar.   Pre-registration is required. Your dog will need to be able to follow a variety of obedience commands and stay calm in unfamiliar surroundings.  We will only certify altered animals and they are required be current on all vaccines (please bring proof of vaccination) and have a current city license.  Testing is performed at the Virginia Beach SPCA, 3040 Holland Rd.
