The VBSPCA Veterinary Clinic serves households earning $45,000 or less per year, and you will be asked to provide proof of income before services are delivered. Exceptions are made to this policy on a case-by-case basis if you can prove that you simply cannot afford treatment elsewhere. Because of the overpopulation of pets, our clinic only serves animals who have been spayed or neutered or who have an appointment to be altered.  Payment is due at the time that services are rendered.
