Many individuals remember their pets, their family, their friends, and friends’ pets through gifts to the VBSPCA. You can honor a human friend’s birthday, wedding or retirement in the same way. Tributes and memorials can be order online.


We also have a memorial garden at the VBSPCA where inscribed stones can be bought and placed for a more permanent memorial. The Memorial Garden is located at the north end of the shelter in a peaceful, wooded area. It is dedicated to all of the pets who have passed through our doors over the years. The Garden is also a place for our members and friends to visit to reflect on the animals who have been a special part of their own lives.
