The Virginia Beach SPCA is the best place in South Hampton Roads to find the right pet for you! Our animals are all spayed or neutered, and come with all of their shots except rabies, which can be administered here for an additional small fee. If you are interested in adopting a pet, please take a few moments to read our adoption guidelines. We are looking for permanent, responsible homes for the animals leaving the shelter.
