| Annual Spay Week. We will be spaying/neutering pit bulls for FREE! The Neuter Scooter will be located at Portsmouth Humane Society. Your dog must be up to date on vaccines (vet records required) otherwise you will be required to pay for vaccines. You must have an appointment. |
