Aaron Roosevelt Rouse is a native of Virginia Beach, VA. He graduated from First Colonial High School and attended college at Virginia Tech where he played football for the Hokies. He graduated with a degree in Sociology.
After college, he was drafted in the 3rd round to the NFL to play for the Green Bay Packers. Aaron had an impressive career playing safety for four seasons.
Upon retiring from the NFL, Aaron returned back to his hometown to raise his two kids and serve his community. He takes pride and joy in raising his son and daughter in this city with lots of surrounding family support.
Since the NFL, Aaron has been active in our Virginia Beach community. In 2017 he started the Rouse's House Foundation to organize and continue his long time work of working with VA Beach Public Schools and local organizations to help raise money and awareness for issues affecting VA Beach youth. One such program he spearheads is the "Backpack Drive" that gathers school supplies for kids that need them.
